Scallions On The Sill

I read in Lifehacks recently that if you pop scallions into a glass of water and sit them near light, they will grow indefinitely. Fascinated by that piece of information, I have bought some scallions and popped them on my bedroom window sill to test the theory out. Hopefully it is true.

I live in a tiny apartment so there isn’t really much that I can do in terms of gardening. This is as garden-y as it’s going to get.
