I love Georg Jensen. I think it’s the fluid lines and perfectly polished stainless steel. When they went on sale I marched down to the Queen Victoria Building and purchased these.
It took 20 minutes for them to gift wrap them. I was so tempted to ask if I could give them a hand to speed up the process. Yes, I get all my things gift wrapped even when they’re just for myself – after all I have to give myself my own presents, don’t I?
I absolutely adore them. I just used the parmesan knife today on a block of cheddar and it slices very well – it was very easy to shave paper thin slices off. Can’t wait to have a cheese party to use them all.
