I have been watching a fair few videos describing how to get perfect edges for a flawless finish and sharp edges on round cakes. Decided to give it a go and here’s the result!
I decided to make a lemon buttercake and fill it with buttercream. I then dressed the cake up in sugar paste and yellow and grey triangles. I rather enjoyed making this cake and when I sliced it up for dinner it hurt a little, which was odd. I usually don’t have qualms about destroying my creations but this one seemed to hold a special place in my heart.
My friend gave me 6 limes. I guess that will part of my next project. Stay tuned!
